Welcome to Hubbard Training Systems (HTS), a semi-private personal training gym founded by Dan Hubbard, M.Ed in 2011. HTS offers individualized strength and fitness training in a unique, private gym in Westfield, Indiana.
Strength Training is one of the most important activities you can do for your physical and mental health and performance, however very few people perform strength training properly or regularly. HTS's primary goal is to help make proper strength training a regular part of your life; including assessing your current level of fitness, and teaching proper technique, developing appropriate training programs and keeping you motivated.
Typically, clients train at HTS 1-3 days per week in addition to other fitness activities or sports outside of HTS. The emphasis on training at HTS is to improve mobility, flexibility, strength, power, balance, control and endurance. Additionally, with some changes to your nutrition, enhanced body composition.
At HTS, we believe the most important thing is to make training a regular part of your lifestyle. No quick fixes or unrealistic expectations. Just solid, consistent, sustainable progress. We have a few sayings that epitomize our philosophy:
