HTS offers personal training in both private and semi-private sessions. The semi-private training is our most popular way to train. It combines the individualization of personal training (custom, written program) in the cost-effective and flexible small group format. Two to three semi-private sessions are offered each day Monday through Saturday. Our convenient app lets you self-schedule your sessions. In each session, you follow your personalized program with Dan or Penny coaching you in a fun, supportive environment.
Private training is available on a limited basis and is scheduled directly with Dan.
The cost for each semi-private training session is $17-22, depending on which package or membership you purchase.

Private Training is $85 for a 60-minute session and $45 for a 30-minute session.
We start everyone off with a one-hour assessment and program design session. We discuss your current health/injuries, fitness level, experience, interests and goals. With this we develop your training program and walk you through your first session ensuring you know proper set-up and technique. After we have gauged your abilities with the first session, we progress your program. Every six weeks, we re-assess where your/how far you have come and design you a new program.
