Training Safely in the Time of COVID-19

 We enjoy the luxury of being a small, private gym, where all training is already done by appointment.   However, we will be following the state of Indiana‘s Back On Track guidelines to safely get back to training on May 24th.   Here are the measures we are taking to mitigate your risk:


1.) Social distancing and smaller session sizes.  We will limit semi-private training sizes to a max of four clients to allow adequate spacing.


2.)  Adding 10-minute gaps between sessions to allow time for clients to leave before the next group of clients arrive.


3.)  Thorough sanitation of equipment, frequent-touch surfaces and floors with each session.


4.)  Health & temperature check for trainers each day.  Clients will not be able to train they display fever or symptoms consistent with COVID-19, such as cough, shortness of breath, chills, muscle pain, sore throat or new loss of taste or smell.   If  someone tests positive for COVID-19, they will be kept out of facility for at least two weeks.


5.)  Trainers will wear face coverings and recommend face coverings for all clients.
