How does it work?

Dan Hubbard, M.Ed. will design your training program, whatever your fitness level.  Then, simply sign up for one to three of our semi-private training sessions per week. Train in a small-group setting under the supervision of our trainers.


How much does it cost?

Each, one-hour semi-private training session is $20.


What kind of results can I expect?

While results will vary, you can expect enhanced strength, flexibility, balance, joint function, performance, and body compositon.
